GUIDELINES FOR COACHES, CONSULTANTS, COMPANIES, AND COLLABORATORS
Protecting the Integrity of the Transformed Leader™ Frameworks
At Transformed Leader™, we equip people and organizations for meaningful transformation by aligning the whole person—Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength™. This foundational framework powers everything we do: from emotional intelligence and identity work to performance strategy, team development, and spiritual growth.
We envision a growing movement of aligned coaches, consultants, companies, and collaborators who carry this work into diverse industries and contexts. We are committed to multiplication with integrity—encouraging contextualization while preserving the clarity, quality, and intent of the original frameworks.

Attribution Guidelines
When referencing or adapting our content, please use one of the following:
“Used with permission from Transformed Leader™, part of the Human Operating System™.”
“Adapted from the Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength™ model by Transformed Leader.”
If you are unsure whether something you are building or referencing requires permission, please ask. We are happy to clarify and support aligned use of this work.
Use Clarification: Faith, Psychology, and Public Language
We recognize that heart, soul, mind, and strength are part of a long tradition—biblically (the Shema: Deuteronomy 6:5; Mark 12:30) and across fields like psychology, philosophy, and leadership. These terms, when used conceptually or generically, are part of the public domain.
These uses are considered part of the public and professional commons:
Preaching, teaching, or reflecting on these themes in spiritual or academic contexts
Referencing the language in sermons, devotions, or general teaching
Using the terms in personal development, emotional intelligence, or leadership discussions
What is protected is the specific, structured frameworks developed by Transformed Leader™—as seen in the Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength™ model and its related tools. This includes:
Typology systems (e.g., Quadrant Flow™, Flow Types™)
Leadership and coaching tools
Cohort sessions and exercises (Transformed Leader & Sage Expansion Guides)
Change models or transformation processes
Discipleship, team, or curriculum design rooted in the quadrant structure
Referencing the language in general discussion, teaching, or reflection is part of the broader public domain. However, building or adapting structured systems using the integrated quadrant model—such as tools, processes, or programs—is protected intellectual property and requires written permission.
If you are seeking to use, license, or adapt any part of these frameworks, especially in leadership, coaching, curriculum, sports performance, or team development, please contact us to discuss your intended use. Access to tools, certifications, and partnerships is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Best Practices and Next Steps
Honor the Source – Attribute clearly. When in doubt, over-credit or ask.
Stay Aligned – Reach out early if you are building on our work.
Avoid relabeling quadrant concepts outside of their current definitions to illuminate confusion. Alignment enables collective strength. Let’s collaborate.
Want to Go Deeper – Inquire about certification, licensing, or co-branded partnerships.
